07 · Common questions

The fine print, plainly.

A few of the questions we hear most. For everything else, our FAQ page has more, or just give us a call.

How much does spray foam insulation cost?
Cost depends on square footage, the type of foam (open vs. closed cell), and how much prep the space needs. Most residential jobs land between $1.50–$4.50 per board foot. We give every customer a written, itemized quote so there are no surprises.
How long does an install take?
Most residential spray foam jobs are done in one to three days. Epoxy floors usually take two days (one to prep, one to coat). Concrete lifting is often done in a few hours and the surface is walkable the same day.
Do you offer financing?
Yes — we have financing partners we can refer you to. Many customers also use the federal energy-efficiency tax credit to offset spray foam costs. Ask during your estimate and we'll walk you through what's available.
Are you licensed and insured?
Absolutely. We're a fully licensed and insured contractor based in Aurora, NE, and we'll provide proof of insurance before any work begins on your property.
